Candid Images from Ladies Night of Indulgence

I had a really great time at "Ladies Night of Indulgence" last Saturday! This event was tons of fun and the interaction between all the participants and between the vendors was fantastic. We had all kinds of decadence to choose from and everyone was really engaged. They had a wide selection of things to try out: chocolate, wine, jewelery, skin and hair care products. There were also booths to learn about health and wellness options including massage, postural assessments, and nutritional products. And of course I was there with my photo studio to create Headshots and Business Portraits for anyone that was interested. All in all it was a very fun event and we're already looking into doing another one soon. I'm hoping that the next one will be in South East Calgary instead of in the North West. Stay tuned for details! Whenever I attend an event or a trade show I always try to capture a few candid images of the vendors and the participants as they enjoy the show. Laszlo Business Portrait Session

It's funny how the work I do goes in waves. For awhile it seemed like I was a full-time Pet Photographer. More recently I've been very busy doing Business Portraits for small-business owners. Everybody in business needs a headshot and it's very important that they look great. A business portrait is usually the first thing that people see when they are looking for information about other businesses and their employees and owners, so these sessions are very important to me. And getting together with other entrepreneurs is always lots of fun, so I really enjoy doing them! Here are a couple of headshots from a Business Portrait session with Adrianna Laszlo, a Calgary based IT Consultant. Adrianna needed Headshots for her website and her various social media accounts. We had a fun session in my home studio and I'm really happy with the results.

Custom Designed Photo Greeting Cards for Easter This is another quick post to show off some of the greeting card designs that I have available, this time for Easter. All of these designs are completely customizable; I can quickly change the colors, the fonts, and of course the text. Alternatively if you have a specific idea for a card that you would like to send out I can create a custom design for you. These great cards are a wonderful way to show off your images from a recent Baby or Children's photography session, or for Family or Engagement photos, or even for a great holiday greeting for your business. I also have card designs available for all the other major holidays (Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, etc.), as well as for those special days in our lives like Birth Announcements and Birthdays. Pricing and Delivery Times Photo greeting cards are available for purchase using images from any photography session. Flat cards are available in sets of 10 for $40, 25 for $75, or 50 for $125. Typical delivery is less than 1 week. Folded cards come in sets of 25 cards for $125 or 50 for $200. Please allow extra time for delivery of press products. Dog Portrait Day 2011 Afternoon Times

Online Registration is now available on our scheduling page. Afternoon times are now available! We had initially planned to hold the afternoon appointments for Dog Day 2011 until all the morning had booked up; however, several people have expressed interest in booking in the afternoon instead of the morning. Products & Services Presentation

Yesterday I posted a video showing some of the images I've created over the past year since starting up my Calgary Photography business. The video was prepared for a presentation that I gave at a network meeting this week to show off some of the products and services that I offer. I have also made the entire presentation available in case you would like to see it. The video is embedded in the presentation, but it's easy to skip past it if you've already watched it...
